Who we are. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BabyGroRite website at babygrorite.com and any purchases of products offered by [BabyGroRite LLC] (“BabyGroRite,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

  • Return shipping: We cover defective/incorrect items. For change‑of‑mind returns, you pay return shipping. No restocking fee.

  • What’s not returnable: worn/used items, items missing parts, and final‑sale items.

  • 1‑Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in materials/workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery. Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorized modifications.

  • Remedies: At our option, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.

    • 7- User Content (Reviews, Photos)

    • By posting reviews or uploading photos, you grant BabyGroRite a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in marketing, on the site, and in ads. Don’t post anything unlawful, infringing, or misleading.
